Installation Steps:
1. Wipe data, cache, dalvik-cache (Format data if you are encrypted)
2. Flash Rom
3. Flash Latest Firmware of your device
4. If you have Gram or Excalibur, flash Network Fix.
5. Reboot and enjoy!

The Charging Animation bug is not only the animation bug, The ROM dont detect when the phone is charging. This may broke Battery Stats.. (But is not an important thing)
